What is the most horrid, gross, sickening thing you've ever seen, IRL or in pictures.

For me, it's a picture of a man who was dicappitated while running from the police...it showed the head and everything...

The third film of Stan Brakhage's Pittsburg Trilogy (1970), The Act of Seeing With One's Own Eyes (the first two are Eyes and Deus Ex, BTW).

Basically a thirty-minute experimental film, silent and in colour, showing autopsies being performed in a morgue in excruciatingly up-close and graphic detail.

Halfway through I finally decided that I'd had enough and shut my eyes for the remainder of the screening.

A picture of Mary Jane Kelly's smashed corpse. FYI, Mary Kelly was the fifth and final of Jack the Ripper's victims and her body was smashed into an almost unrecognizable mush. Just about the grossest thing I've ever seen although the fact that I was eating a Sloppy Joe at the time might have had something to do with that...

Similar happened to me...after I saw the picture, I had to go eat dinner. We had roast beef, and the dicapitated man was African American, so the meat resembled flesh...*shudders*

That decapitated man that fof showed me wasn't that bad, it looked silly, more than real.

Sickest thing? Stuff on the Visions Of Death series. I try to avoid it at all costs, but they were played at a party i was at...i hate that stuff. It gets me worse than gore.

I thought it was pretty bad, but I'm sure everybody here has seen much worse, as most of you have been on earth much longer than I.

Saw a guy jump off a bridge and go splat on the pavement. I feel queasy just thinking about it. Considering that all the sick bestiality, necrophilia, and coprophilia snuff movies I screened at Canada Customs barely phased me that's saying something. I can watch the most disturbing shit in existence on a screen and laugh, but seeing things in real life is whole different story.

Ive never seen anything in real life that has left a lasting mark. I guess Im kind of lucky, Ive been spared carnage and such in real life.

Of course we have all seen carnage on tv, film, etc. I once saw a Japanese solider stumble out of a cave completely on fire. He stumbled towards a puddle of water and died. That was pretty harsh. It was a Marine Corps film from one of the Island Campaigns.

Race hate in South Africa. This one guys in a bathtub with his cranium mangled and his face bone near flapping to the side was fucking sick. In Zimbawbe the animal mutlilations was sick too. Shep had used them for some argument concerning Africa and the regimes.

Goatse. That's fucking sick shit, man, just sick.

EDIT: Also, pictures of starving children. That stuff bothers me.

Some stuff on Rottom dot com was pretty nasty (Don't look unless you want to be exposed to that stuff...)

I remember seeing a picture of a headless man leaning over a railing, with a bloody mass which was presumably his head lying next to him on the ground.

I've got a pretty strong stomach... Haven't seen anything that has made me go "OMG" and turn away yet.

Rotten.com cracks me up every time I see it, I love that site. The pictures they had of the guy who nailed his scrotum to a board on some TV show were just too funny! They have the best dead people pictures IMO, the motorcycle dude was a classic. Consumptionjunction.com is also a fun place, I think of it as "Rotten lite", less gore and just as funny.[/url]

Of course you're all rotten people for laughing at people's miserable deaths and their family's misfortune.. but still.. some are downright ->

I saw that same photo of the guy decapitated from a fall while running from cops. It was pretty awful. His head was stuck on a fence and his body was like 10 feet away!!!! eeeewwwwwww!

But what disturbed me the most of anything I saw was when I was seven years old there was a show called War of the Worlds where aliens would possess humans. If the possessed human got killed, or unpossessed by the alien, they would desintegrate and turn into a gloppy mush. That grossed me out more than anything else and used to give me nightmares.

god, i had forgotten about that one!! Damn you! I've seen things that have literally made those around me vomit in disgust but that pic is probably one of the grosest things i have seen. Blood and guts dont phase me much but bathroom-related things gross me out.

Also: a video of a girl shitting into another girls mouth like it was a snow-cone dispenser and the other girl swallowing it down as it came out for about 30 seconds, two girls vomiting on each other and then drinking the vomit and that pic of the anaconda that ate the guy in south america.

For all the disturbing real life shit you can stand and more, make a visit to the Mütter Museum. Midget skeletons, casts of eyeball tumors, jars of dead babies with their brains outside their skulls, a human colon the size of a beer keg, and a woman whose corpse turned to soap.
