Alien: Director's Cut just hit theaters today. I'm planning on going to go see it on Friday (Halloween, natch).

What about you people?

One of my favourite films. I've always maintained that Alien is the most suspenceful/scariest film i've seen. Great, great movie. Though i object to Scott trimming the running time. But i'll see what the end result is like on Friday night.

I might since I'm on vacation for two weeks but I hadn't planned on seeing it.
I've seen the original enough times and I read the novelization many many years ago and it had the deleted scenes in it.

and they've been available on Laserdisk since the early 90's and the current DVD includes them all plus more that arent in the Directors Cut. But thats no reason to miss Alien on the big screen!

i wouldn't mind going to see it, movies are just better in the big screen .... especially porn

The big screen thing is why I might go see it and that's about it.

I'll go see it. I need something else to do than the club scene for a change...

I dont think Ive ever scene Alien beginning to end. When it came out I was a little young for it. Maybe I will check it out.

Somebody would have to probably pick him up way before Saturday night.

Which either means Spanky will just have to deal with bad luck, or my parents are going to have to bend over backwards for his changes of plans again.

This is off topic, but Uts, DP, it's getting a little annoying just refering to you by your SNs, so I might just start calling you by your real names unless you object.

Monday-Thursday: 12 hour duty days. When not at work, am studying.
Friday: 12 hour work day. After duty day ends, go to O'Club to watch fellow class mates get wasted.
Saturday: Catch up on desperately need sleep in the morning, run errands in the late morning and afternoon, study at night.
Sunday: Wake up early to get sleep back on schedule, cook homemade breakfast. More errands during midday. Spend afternoon in T-37 links trainer, brushing up normal and emergency procedures. Spend night studying.


Nope, I see no where to fit Alien. Maybe when Aleins is rereleased, I may get to go.
