I think we might've had this story posted here before.
But anyway, yeah the pranksters take "going too far" to more new heights. And it would've been really bad if the guns had accidentally discharged.

They should have a trial, convict them, have them spend the next ten years in prisons, on death row, strap them into the electic chair, and then at the last moment, yell "Surprise, Fooled you." Lets see how they like it....

Let's just say they're damn lucky that Ohio currently does not have a CCW law.
Here in Indiana, there are about 320,000 people licensed to carry concealed handguns (Indiana also recognizes permits from all other jursdictions in the US and foreign countries*) in this state.
Let's just say their odds of emerging unharmed from this 'prank' would be a little lower here than in Ohio.

Recognition of retail dealers' licenses and licenses to carry handguns issued by other states
Sec. 21. (a) Retail dealers' licenses issued by other states or foreign countries will not be recognized in Indiana except for sales at wholesale.
(b) Licenses to carry handguns, issued by other states or foreign countries, will be recognized according to the terms thereof but only while the holders are not residents of Indiana.
