I told Zaia this story and she thought I should post it. Soooooo..........


Halloween night, I was planning to drive to Brockport to attend a friend's party. Well, I had just left home and was about to go tearing down the Thruway, when I realized I had only half a tank of gas. So I pulled into a Noco, pumped in ten bucks, then turned and rushed inside. THEN, I realized I wanted something to drink. so I dashed over to the cooler and grabbed a Dr Pepper before dashing to the counter and slammed a twenty down on the counter.

GIRL: You look like you're in a hurry.
ME: Yeah, I'm late.
GIRL: For a date?
ME: Party.
GIRL: Oh.
ME: In Brockport.
GIRL: That's a ways.
ME: Yeah.
GIRL: So is this like a road trip?
ME: I guess. Can you, uh, ring the stuff up now?
GIRL: Tell you what.
ME: What?
GIRL: I'll just charge you for the pop if you give me something.
ME: It won't take too long, will it?
GIRL: No.
ME: What?
GIRL: A kiss.
ME: Tongue or not?
GIRL: Yes!
ME: *grabs her and pulls her halfway over the counter for a rough kiss* Good?
GIRL: Um...yeah.
ME: Happy Halloween. *dashes out with change*
