The school board in Texas recently voted 11 to 4 to approve biology textbooks that do not mention "alternatives" to evolution. Chalk one up for the good guys.

This made me laugh. One of the board members who voted against the books said
"People don't realize the threat of scientific dogmatism, they're not looking for the truth."
I find it very funny that this guy had the power to vote on something he didn't even understand.
