There needs to be a rough way of dealing with "badasses". Something with batons to the knees, and taunting of a similar nature. Screw jailtime, they need to be dealt with using psychological and corporeal punishment.

WTF??

'Termination of employment' followed by 'suspension of professional license' and 'prosecution by provincial or federal authorities' would be the proper response.
