Long link, good thing I dressed it.
Apparently, two people thought that a homeless boy was a dog and sold him to a restaurant. The article said that they were drug addicts, but just what kind of drugs were they on?

I would be saying Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, but for some reason IE won't load a netscape page.
