Got this site from a friend. Here in Portugal, we're setting up for the Euro '04, and everyone is getting new stadiums (well, the major clubs that is), marvelous works of modern architectural design and engineering.
Then there are the chinese designs... I want to weep.

Fucking awesome. B11 looks a bit like Supermans fortress of Solitute in Superman II.

... Though B11 is a tad bit too much like the Federation Square (*shudder*) for my liking.

I rather like B11....Look at the top-down view of B-08 looks like a putting green!

More amazing than this is, they will use bamboo scafolding to build whichever stadium wins. While we, in the civilized world use pre-made metal tubing, they still go with bamboo.

very nifty designs. though personally i thought B-11 resembles something out of metroid. they all definitely rock.

B07 should win. That thing is amazing.

01 reminds me of labia too much, but all around this is some beautiful architecture.

I just have to say this, but B1 looks like a gigantice fucking eye, and I wish it would stop staring at me...

why shouldn't thay. bamboo is a marvelous building material and a lot cheaper than metal tubing

That and bamboo burns really well, so if they ever need to get rid of the building all they have to do is set it aflame and sweep away the remainder.

I think we can assume that the SCAFOLDING will be removed after the construction is completed

B01 looks like a twat. I'll be waiting for one of China's rockets to fail and accidentally plow through the center nose-first.

Well they mention the specific ones they are favoring, so you'll just have to wait until they start pointing them at the astrodome.
