Review of 1959 movie about Santa Claus

Santa Claus teams up with Merlin the Wizard and Vulcan, God of the Forge, in order to fight The Devil over the fate of Mexico!!!

I haven't seen this movie, but it indeed sounds like A Very Strange Yuletide Story...
