I've formed a club. It is called the inflatable penguin club. To become a member irl you must be poked by a current member and told "you are now a member of the inflatable penguin club" that gets you junior member status, then you poke someone else and tell them the same to become a full fledged member. To become a member over the web is the same except replace being poked or poking with writing the word *poit* for example

Random Board member: Hello Blah Blah Yak Yak
Me or other member: *poit* you are now a member of the inflatable penguin club.
Random Board member2: aoewapow bleh!
Random Board member: *poit* you are now a member of the inflatable penguin club.

And random board member is thus a full fledged member. Only I or a member who achives the high council through vote or my selection can kick a member from the club though any suggestions for kickage will be taken seriously.

I know poking is prohibited. This is *poiting* and how about the clubs first rule, you need atleast 1 star to be poited in. Thus, we prevent the scaring of n00bs.

Good thing i put those penguin suits on lawn gnomes. I kinda knew that this would happen. Now theres that many less gnomes to beak to death.

So let's formalize this and add a new third rule

The Declaration of Independent Inflatable Penguins
The members of the penguin hords shalt poit the humble commoners inorder to elevate them to the status of Penguin Chicks. The wobbling penguin chicks shalt poiteth the humble commoners to become an inflatable penguin in thyn own right, lest the status of penguin be apointed un to them by one of the concil of elders or the head penguin.
Only these rules three and any future amendments shalt override this process:
1) The commoner must be in possession of at least one star to be poited, if they don't possess one star they shalt be invited by means that the inviter sees fit, just and kind, any penguin found to be harrasing n00bs shalt be kicked without inquiry by any council member or by darthdavid, the head penguin.
2) Trolls shalt not be allowed. No exceptions.
3) Anyone who is poited and wishes not to become a penguin chick may refuse the offer, if you are aware that someone dosen't wan't to be a member, don't poit them. If a chick makes a *poit* and the person declines the chick still becomes a penguin. Also non members may request membership to any member of our fine club.

Addendum: The supreme ruler shalt always be darthdavid, lest, the council of elders finds him to be incapable of running the inflatable penguins, he resigns, or, he meets with an untimely demise. Should any of these conditions be met a current member (no penguin chicks or commoners ) will be voted into office by the other members. If darthdavid is temporarily unable to run the penguins an interum supreme ruler shalt be selected and will rule in his stay. The council of elders shalt be selected by darthdavid and approved by the members of the club.
