You have to be nominated, I think, by other members of the board. It has VERY rarely happened.

Or you can start saying some really stupid things that Mike doesn't like. That also wins you a pretty custom title, as MK Shep can attest to.

1. Join/create a club that has a few members (eg rabid monkeys)
2. Be a fuckhead (eg. wcotc rascists, Mkshep, VIs)
3. Do something important for Mike
4. Be nominated by several different members

Assuming he does not panic and mistake you for some crazy internet stalker(Thats what the Kegs for, What Stalker Brings Free Beer?) he might, just might give you the custome title you want
