but I am having a wonderful time and I am here to disease you wiht some humour.

1. Fortunatly it's not yet cold enough for the Coyotes to get stuck to the trees

2. My car is now white, the Racoon's and squirrels will be working on adding "Racing Stripes" later.

3. Strangely alcoholism and pregnancies (amoung the park employees) tend to get started this time of year....

4. Has anyone taught those tourists basic "Speed Control" just because it says 4WD Ok, all other's use chains, doesn't mean that you can trive 90kph through a steep winding grade, while it's snowing and iced over....

*Looks outside and swears vehemently for about a minute*

There should be a foot of snow on the ground right now...if not more. Right now it's too warm and there's snow nowhere to be found!!!!

God damnit I want snow!!!

*Goes back to grumbling and swearing*

By the way, Buffalo winters are always great...why you might ask? Because we all still drive the same speed as in summer, MAYBE a little slower.

It rained last night. We don't get much snow in these parts.

We usually get rain falling on snow in December here, but usually it manages to stick around even so.

It is truly bizzare. Not a damn inch of snow and it's December! I know the storm that came down from Canada missed us but seriously, it's always snowing by December; or if not, we got all snowed-out in November. I can't fathom what forces could be at work preventing the much expected snow storm.

I saw three feet of snow or more where I was vacationing for a month. Bleh!:P

I am glad to be back to my rainy city where we see snow maybe once every five years.

We just get waves of cold fronts that average about three times every two weeks, so by the time it warms up the front passes through, washes the sky away, and freezes everything up. We just had a front yesterday, methinks I'll go outside and enjoy myself...

Can you imagine how bad the traffic would be if it snowed here. I'd just stay home from work. :D

Dude if it snowed over in the Bay Area you guys would be in shock....

Jesus fuckin Christ those Altamont pass Livermore communters are insane to begin with, and have enough problems negotating rain and fog (Which isn't uncommon down there) fuck give them black ice, or that white shit and it would be a slaughter.....

I hear ya, Cap'n. For the past week I've been driving with my window down. In Buffalo, that's virtually sacriligious. :D
