I usually get 7-8 hours a night weekdays, 5-7 hours weekends.

I like to get around 12 hours when I can, but saying that I've been up since 10 am and its now 3.10 am the next day.
I have screwed up sleeping patterns.

Usually 8-10 hours a night, but I've been known to sleep 20 hours or skip a night entirely.

Between six or seven. It used to be I could sleep 14 hours and be happy, but I guess as I get older, I get more restless. I have shit to do, dammit!

I almost always wake up after 7 hours of sleep, after that I either decide to get up or sort of half sleep for an hour or two.

I try to keep a regular schedule... with limited success. On average I'd say 5-7 but my high record is 18 and my low record is 0 over a 72hr period.

Depends on the amount of work I have.

Usually, I get around 6 hours... Sometimes I have to deal with only 4.

Hmm, now that i think about it, i usually sleep for about 10 hours, but i like to think to myself early in the morning "I only need 7/8 hours..."and stay ip longer.
