The winds might be changing in my favor.

As you may or may not remember I lost my job in October of 2002. Ever since Ive been working temp jobs, making cash on the side babysitting, fixing computers, pulling plants, whatever. Needless to say it has been a stressful 2003.
The following things have all happend in the last 3 months in my favor:
1. I was offered a contract to hire job on X-mas eve. Its not for a lot of money, 10% less than what I made in 2002, but it is a great place to learn and good team to work with.
2. My dad asked me to be the custodian of his townhouse while he lives in
the UK for the next 3 years. He place is nicer than mine, so Im getting an upgrade for free.
3. The folks renting my condo will most likely need to stay for 2-3 years while they recover from job loss, the birth of a child etc. They are good tenents so we all win.
Now excuse me while I go knock on wood.
