The Doctor, Star Trek: Voyager. Morons. (Fine, he's not a robot, but close enough, Artificial Intelligence)

In that case might I suggest Ro-Jaws. A mixture of Bender (Attitude and wit, plus huge Mouth and bendy arms) and R2 (Cylindrical body, lots of panels with stuff that can come out, and Wheels for travel - he also has a flipdown seat on his back for when you're too lazy to walk). :D
