It's difficult to fake ejaculation, although the girl can't really feel the semen spray, so I suppose you could try to get away with pretending you dropped a load. But she would probably notice if she went to the toilet afterwards, and no white milky stuff came out.

BTW, I imagine the best sex shows and conventions would be in either California or Las Vegas, but I'm glad to live in a city where they do put on a serious effort at a sex-related convention every year. Certainly not in California, and I've haven't seen too much in Vegas outside of the usual strip club scene. Best sex show I ever saw was in Amsterdam, although that might have been because me and my friends got to go up onstage and do a little "scene" with one of the girls.
