Going to the Junior Olympics!

I qualified for the Men's Cadet Foil Junior Olympics recently. I've been fencing for something like 4 years now, and I'm finally getting tangible results ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
Went 4-1 in the preliminary rounds, was seeded 8th out of 29th, meaning I had to fence the 9th in a Direct Elimination bout (first to 15) and win to make it. I knew the person I had to fence against, and I already knew how to take him. Won it 15-4. I then got wiped out pathetically in my second DE, but we won't go into that![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
Yeah, I realize this thread is a bit of braggery, but...it was such a great event, I had to share it with anyone.
Suggestions on what to do to prepare for the event from any fencers here? I already have practices 2 to 3 times a week, but I want to get some more conditioning in before the event.[/i]
