According to dictionary.com (m-w.com doesn't have either), urbandictionary.com, everything2.com, and wikipedia.com, the winner is pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis.
If you look at googlefight.com, the spelling with a C has over 16 times the hits as the spelling with a K.

Please, it's not that hard to not find a word. They don't even have "sundry" for crying out loud.

(edit) But Google saves the day.

I'll bet you anything that site doesn't have demestalfractor. Not sure of the spelling, but my grandfather says it all the time, so it must be a word.
