I just wasted 30 minutes of my life watching this shocking piece of shit. Question: who the hell fronted the money for this "movie", and why?

Unless your query is necessary for the hired hitmen, ninja assassins, voodoo rituals, and necromantic curses, I must ask what does it matter? Just try to forget it - hire some porn, watch a war film, read a book - that's what I did when I wasted time watching that shit. Whoever is responsible for this shit will get a bank statement saying his karmic account is overdrawn.

Go watch Stepen Chow's "Shoalin Soccer" it will cleanse your mind of such garbage. Watch the movie with subtitles, I hate the english lines in dubbed versions of HK movies.

If you want to see a movie that is a total ripoff of other movie find Dragon Fighter its a direct to DVD movie,it blend Jurassic Park and Reign of fire in a low budget movie, but it does what RoF did`nt do
an air combat between the dragon and a few F-16 and the main character is Dean Cain TVs Superman

Wahahhaha... Steve Oedekerk owns another mind.
I'm sure you'd like to know about this...
Wahahahahahah.
You know, he wrote Bruce Almighty...

Most likely one of the unfunniest movies I have ever seen. It was painful and I forced myself to sit through the whole things because I could not believe it could get worse. I did not luagh once, this is a fucking comedy, not even a fucking smile. UGH. I'm sorry you were violated by this turd.

I thought the movie was quite funny myself. The "test" scene where he had to see if he had the same power as Betty was fucking funny.

I love that movie. It's brilliance in a tactile form.

It's sufferable by me, because it has a few good parts, and the bad parts I can stomach by watching the first-timers writhe in agony.

Yes, the ending of the movie is the best.

The first ten seconds of the trailer for Kung Pow convinced me that I should avoid watching it at all costs.

I love Kung Pow. Not only did I find it highly amusing, but original as well.
Master Tang: You two, Back to your training. As you know I am a man of special needs. You both will now receive the fist of furry. Fetch me, the long rubber glove. Einny, Meany, Minny, Mo, I wonder where, this glove will go?

"Raise sheilds, all hands brace for impact!"
I liked Kung Pow too. Don't ask why, but it just tickled a funny bone or two.

It was late, I'd had a few beers and had just endured the lifeless crap that K-Pax was. And then Kung-Pow came on. The relief from such agony caused me to laugh so hard I had to stop the movie.
"Chosen One: Killing is wrong. And bad. There should be a new, stronger word for killing. Like badwrong, or badong. Yes, killing is badong. From this moment, I will stand for the opposite of killing: gnodab."
"Master Doe: I have a mortal wound!
Master Tang: Where? Where does it hurt?
Master Doe: Oh, pretty much around the big bloody spot."

Odekirk is a VERY acquired taste.
That said, I thought Kung Pow was funny the first time, as long as you wander in there EXPECTING lowbrow slapstick.
What made me watch it is the fact that the ninja cow scene was done by someone whose work I'm a big fan of (Jeff Lew, of Killer Bean 2 and Matrix Reloaded SFX fame). Other than that I didn't know what to expect other than Naked Gun-style humour.

The trailer at the end of the movie was the best.
I'm just afraid the sequel won't be based off it.

I liked Kung Pow. I didn't expect to, but it was funnier than it seems. Wht really got me was how Master Tang sounded just like Triumph.
"OK, here were my options. A, I could move to the side, avoid the claw and take him out with a spinning back kick. Or, B, I could take the claw to the face, roll on the ground, and die."

I liked the movie. Especially that guy they trained to lose for a joke.
If you liked that movie, look for "What's Up Tiger Lily?" They took an old serious action movie and re-dubbed the whole thing. It was one of Woody Allen's earlier projects and was really funny.

Kung Pow was fun... Stupid, inane and brain destroying, but fun.

I loved it. Master Pain/Betty was amusing, especially the MC Hammer part. The only parts I thought were highly stupid was the beginning scene with the baby, and the cow part. But other than that, I enjoyed it.

Yeah, we could have gone without those parts. The sad thing is, my friends and i quote that movie all the damn time.
