Normally, I'm not too interested in the junk that ends up on ebay, but this is an exception. A fully intact Titan nuclear missile silo on 57 acres of land! Check this out it is uber-cool.
Now if only I could find $3.95 million...

All that for only $3.75 million? And all this time, celebrities have been blowing money like that on cars they never drive and million-dollar outfits to wear to awards nights.
Is there a catch? Considering all the land and interior space you get for less than four million dollars, there has to be some downside.

There ARE two houses on the property above ground as well as a workshop/metalshop. You don't need to become an underground dweling troll in order to live there. I mean, 57 acres isn't bad.
