there used to be cartoon on tv with a wolf. it was a guy wolf who was after chicks, human chicks. his reactions were quite funny, such as eyes flying out of his head at the sight of a girl or vilsible a pumping heart and stuff like that. the girls were usually dressed in 50is style so i guess the cartoon might have been from the 50is. the problem is that i forgot the name of that show. does anybody know what that show was called?

this is a picture of what i think might have been that wolf, but i´´m not sure since it´s a long ass time ago that i saw that cartoon and i haven´t seen it often either.

He was a character used by Tex Avery, mostly in the Droopy cartoons.

naaah, i always hated droopy. that´s why i never watched him. that´s probably the reason why i couldn´t remember where the wolf was from.
that wolf is so cool. he´s the perfect image for what hapens to guys when when confronted with hot chicks. they turn into sabbering, boasting morons. cool!

But Droopy with his "meh" attitude always got the girl. Plus how many times has the Wolf, or one of his counterparts, gotten their ass blown off by Droopy?

Oh, and no problem.

This is personally my favorite incarnation of the Wolf:

I don't know who was funnier, the Wolf and Red, or the ol' Southern Wolf who was always whistling and taking things as they come.
Trivia: The Tev Avery cartoons were Jim Carey's role models for the zaniness in "The Mask". In several scenes the cartoons with the Wolf and Red are playing in the TV in the apartment.
