For some reason I don't know why when I go to http://www.fanfcition.net my browser (Netscape 7.1) crashes me back to my desktop for no reason what so ever, sometimes its right at the start page others i'm just browsing the stories it just started happening like 5 minutes ago i'm mostly sure it isn't something wrong on my part so could someone please explain wtf is happening and how to stop it or foce it not to happen?

Don't use Netscape.

I wholeheartedly believe that Netscape Navigator is responsible for 90% of violent crimes in the world today.

Have you looked at your security settings (don't know if that could cause it).

Did it just start happening just now or has it been going on for a while.

If it was the first time, have you tried resetting your comp?

There must be less problem with Netscape than what you get with Internet Exploiter

Bah, Netscape's been nothing but a piece of shit for years, even compared to IE. Some people just don't want to admit it to themselves.

It just started not more than 20 mins ago, and i'll try the reset and i'll tell if it helped or not *edit* tried the reset it seemed to workany suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again ( besides not using Netscape) because the same type of shit happend to my when I was using IE so either something in my computer is borked somewhere or peoples websites are borked or its just Microsoft fucking up again i'm willing to bet its a little of all the above but I don't know.*edit*

Never had any problems with IE. Maybe I'm just cool like that, I don't know.

Same here i used to surf with IE,but i was annoyed by all the damn popups that were attached to sites,now with Moz i do not have this problem anymore.

I used Popup Stopper with IE, so I didn't get popups.
