Not porn. I'v declared unoficial war against a vegan male who's after my girl of choice/soulmate of 4 years. now. He has some webspace and I know he has some pictures of her on there. when you go to his index, you find it doesn't exist, and has been redirected to a fucking huge image of Melbourne, something like 1800X1200 res. 300kb of jpg image.

Before I unleash his website address for the hoards of explorers to scathe over, can I have a couple of ideas of who would be interested/good at finding all the images on his site or if it's possible without having to guess filenames and randomly type them in? (I have found 2 pics this way of the intended subject btw).

Send me a pm if you think you have some devious ideas of how to do it.

Unless you can hack into his server and get a directory listing, your only real method is going to be random guessing.

Why don't you just write (or ask someone to) a program to hammer the server? Unless the connection is slow or that there is a "limit" to hammering like how set up their FTPs, it should work. Considering you can access the files directly anyway, I don't think it is actually protected in anyway. The programming should be beyond easy once you figured how to access pre-made libraries for internet connection.

If anything, programs like that probably already exists.

But seriously, what do pictures prove? If she is indeed your soulmate, there is little to worry about other than speaking more luv luv time together.

It doesn't prove anything. It's just the satisfaction that he has hidden something, and I found it.

So far I'v tried lord wong's method succesfully finding one "LE&I.jpg" and one "green.jpg" and already having been formely directed to "LE.jpg" on a livejournal.


SWPIGWANG's approach is what Im looking more to, it is a cable isp provider website, and his security is rather lax. He has simply blocked access by directing his index.html to a jpg file imbedded in html. (the 'resize photo' thing in explorer doesn't happen)

I am however a rather plain vanila computer user and dont know much about hacking or anything like that.

1. Redirect you to another html/jpg as you can see on the url bar
or
2. Have an big jpg cover the html

If the html is still there download the html. Just post the html somewhere using [url] on a webboard and use "download this location" with right click afer you get a linky from posting (assuming windows) and over it up with a text editor (notepad works). It should work unless he deleted/edited index.html so that it doesn't exist anymore or provides no useful links. If the links are still around, it'd be in plain text normally, unless he is those crazy dudes that java/activeX/flash/whatever to control links. (than you need better comp fu)

P.S. any chance we get to see the pics? (ah, probably not)

As far as I can see, he has destroyed the html. as far as I can see, he just has a random collection of jpg files there with no links to them anywhere...

Oh and pics are fine too. as long as theyre not nudie ones. I doubt they are. but then, you never know.

Congrats on the girl, as for the site, will using google work? As in you choose his server, then search his site for pics.

Google searches for text. He has not a single word on his site. It also seems that optusnet doesn't easily source things to google either.

Image search might be able to pick up unlinked pictures....or something....if the nuking wasn't long ago, than it might still be cached in search engines. It probably won't work though....

She's currently not quite my girlfriend due to manvegan. And due to me living 1100km away. (1080 to be precice. Yes, GPS is fun to play with.)

And I'v tried pic searches too... I might ask her something though... hmm. or else give the guessing a few more shots. I'm starting to run out of ideas though. He seems to like calling pics of her "LE" but not strictly. Actually he seems not to have any system at all. but then only having found 4 pics on his site so far. I guess I wouldn't have seen any system even if there is one. I tried using a fusker even... didn't work (no LE1.jpg LE2.jpg etc) that's really just a form of guessing too though. I will ask her something though which may give me more photos off that site. I know there were a bunch of pics that he took at her 21st, so I may ask where they all are... Still doesn't satisfy me that I'v seen everything though... grr.


It's annoying cos she has become a vegitarian also now. He doesn't drink either... so when she gives up drinking, then we know something strange and wierd is going on...
