-a tad confused-
Erm.. She's a lesbian.
You see, she just broke up with her girlfriend, so she had no one for V-day. And I just moved here and met her at the pr0n store (she works there).. we got to talking, and since I've never been here before, she said she'll take me out for V-Day.
And Atlanta... Atlanta's HUGE.

A gay guy going out with a lesbian.

Anyway, congratulations on.....whatever.

And that doesn't sound unusual, I still have Prom Memories of Leonard and Chrissy (who along with Marlene Deitrich proved that women look better in men's formal wear then men do.)

If you look around, you'll probably see life-size artsy cow statues painted in weird ways (I don't know of any around Dunwoody, but there are many in the downtown and Decatur.) They're the cows Syntax was talking about. It's a charity thing that went on during the summer.

Welcome to the weird and wacky world that is Atlanta. Soon you will probably be confronted by loud obnoxious college dropouts who want that new gold-colored bridge in downtown to be repainted red. You can find a huge gay community and a huge fundie community within the same city limits. Really weird stuff can be found in the area known as Little Five Points. Make sure you have a working air conditioner during the summer, as it gets crazy hot and humid (last summer wasn't that bad, but mostly because it was raining almost every day). Summer begins sometime around the end of April and lasts into October, give or take a month.
People do not know how to drive in snow or icy conditions (note: a single snowflake counts as snow) and forget everything they know about driving in regular conditions when the chance of snow arrives. This used to apply to rain also, but since the end of the last drought I think they're starting to remember again.
If you ever get the bizarre desire to remove a year off your life in a single meal, visit the Varsity on North Avenue, just across the interstate from my campus. You will probably never want to eat there again, but you will honestly be able to tell people that you ate there once.
Expect many
![What the fuck? :wtf:](./images/smilies/wtf.gif)
moments.
That's all I can think of for the moment.
