It isn't as far as I know, they probably had to fill out a stack of permits and get special permission from 10 different government agencies to do it. I don't think there's any way in hell the average citizen can duplicate that van. BTW, they crushed & blew up another car good in Monster Garage, but it wasn't as fun as the minigun.

Jeremy Clarkson blew up a Corvette in the desert once using a Hughes 500 with an M134 minigun as it drove along the floor. The aiming was fairly crap, but it totally blew the thing away when hit.
