Insomnia

My god.

It's 4:30 AM, and I don't feel tired.

If it weren't for cable internet, I'd have snapped a while ago from boredom. As it is, I just stare at teh clock every now and then.

I've been conscious nearly 20 hours, and it's not stopping yet. To describe this as unpleasant would miss the mark hugely.

I'm going to be useless tomorrow, utterly useless.

Welcome to my world. People who note what times I spend on here would notice there is something seriously wrong with my sleeping habbits, especialy if they know the UK time difference.

She's asleep. Oh, we're going to Busch Gardens and Colonial Willemsburg.

No. She's asleep. I was due in bed about four hours ago.

I just don't feel tired.

I know she was asking me pointed questions about the costs and potentials of visiting Yosemite

I just finished an essay due this morning. It's about 03:40 local. But if I go to sleep I won't be able to get up and turn in the essay. So I may just stay up all night. But I have a test Friday that I have to study for.

Nuts.

Well, if it makes you feel any better, I've averaged around 4 hours a night for the last week or so. The crazy part is, it hasn't caught up with me... yet.

Ah...almost four 4am PST, and I have a full day of playing counter strike...nothing beats unemployment. I sure am hungry though. Damn.

My old night shift job got me used to going to bed at 4, and getting up at 12. I don't think i could ever work 9-5 again.

Insomnia can be boring as hell. I prefer going to sleep as early as possible.

Hey, I do that all the time. You just need to learn to get up with only four hours of sleep. I used to get ten hours a night. Man, college is killing me. As is my forum addiction.

exercise only tends to make you more energetic, really. sure, it might wear you down but after you rest a bit you'll be buzzed for a good while and have trouble sleeping.

I bike. Every Saturday, out to Kentucky Lakes and back. Then I come back, eat a pizza by myself at Pizza Hut, and drop dead upon returning to my room.

Heheheh... Only thing that can get me to sleep is boredom, which usually sets in during the day when I am not at work, so I sleep about 2 hours, then more people get online or need my help to get their PC fixed, and I will be up until late in the night. I usually sleep 5 hours total or less a day. Unless bored, that is.

In the last month I started going to sleep late in the night (about 3 o'clock) , but I still slept until 10-11. I think I have to change these habits, as the new semester starts Monday and I have some classes at 8 in the morning.
