New Appartment

I am soo exited!
Just got home from talking to the bank, my application wenth through.
Now I just have to sign some paperan and I will be the proud owner of a brand new 780.000skr apartment. That’s about 106.000usd
I get to move in at Mars/April

Congratulations, welcome to the world of ownership. I don't know if you get to deduct interest on housing where you live, but even if you don't owning a place is a vehicle to fiscal security. It does have its headaches though. Last week the dryer blew out at my condo, so Im out 300 bucks for repairs.
So is the apartment like a condo? Is this a high rise?

In the US, condos are essentially apartments that you own instead of renting.

That's a sweet looking place Faram. That is close to what we would call a low rise condo in California. My condo is similar, its at the top of a 3 story building. We also have "townhome style" condos where nobody is above you are below you, just on the sides like a row house.

nice. how long are the construction workers still going to be there? they are fucking loud and tend to start working in teh middle of the night.
a couple of months ago the sidewalk next to my appartement was repaired. the fuckos started working with a fucking pneumatic hammer every day at 6 o clock. damn, they were so fucking loud.
