I'm studying for the CPA exam. Have a nice summer, and if you're down just sit back and realize that Joe is off somewhere, doing much worse than you are.

Shark has rocket engines, suggesting far greater possible speed. He can disengage at will whenever circumstances are not in his favor, denying the crocodile victory. He then need only wait for the proper time to strike: a single shark bite on a crocodile will be the end of it.

I would say the flying crocodiles, cause without the rocketpack the shark is nothing more than a fish out of water. :P

The flying crocodile has legs, a huge advantage, as they will no doubt grapple each other.

Who copied who? Did Discovery or Cartoon Network decide to do the VS first?

There is only one creature more deadly then a flying shark. And that would be a flying shark with a laser. Shark wins.

I'll take the shark.

Aerodynamic, fins, and a circle and bite attack. Plus they're cooler. Especially with lasers...

Crocs just sit there and give up the initiative.

Depends on the type of shark and crocodile.

Well that's not exactly fair, since Irwen has a working character shield.

Sharks have gills, Crocs have lungs.
Unless the contest takes place under salt water, the shark loses!
If the shark has some kind of reverse SCUBA gear, he can't bite, without removing his mouthpiece.

Now, I'm not an expert on sharks, but wouldn't you just need to connect the gear over the gills, not the mouth?

The Discovery Channel announced theirs first, and then CN parodied it. Come on, not even the guys that run Adult Swim are random enough to come up with "Flying Shark vs. Flying Crocodile" in a vacuum.
Don't hate; appreciate!

I forgot something very important!

The Flying Shark cannot breathe air. Therefore, he loses.

Crocodiles do not grapple, they get a bite, then just thrash about to rip their opponent's muscle apart and let them bleed. It's primarily a spinning motion, which might be a little harder to do in the air.

I'm not too sure how much protection the shark's hide will afford, but I know crocodiles are tough. One easy way the shark can win this is to clamp the crocodile's jaws shut so they can't open in the first place. They may have immense crushing power, but even duct tape can hold their jaws together.

I'm going with the shark. They're just cooler :D

You obviously have not seen the pictures of the Flying Shark and Flying Crocodile. Both have arms, and the Crocodile has legs.

I did. Grappling in the air tends to make both parties involved spin out of control :P

Something I learned from Discovery's Croc Vs. Shark. The shark's skin is made up of tiny over lapping teeth, and is as tough as a few inches of leather.

Two, because it was Jim Cameron's first film and I had no idea a third existed.
