Why does the template and color scheme keep switching from the yellow and gray "Millennium Falcon" template to the cooler-looking blue and white one all the time???

Maybe you're logging in and out a lot. The default theme is BlackSoul (the "cooler-looking" one), but your personal profile may have MilleniumFalcon enabled, so it switches themes when you log in. Check your theme setting in your user profile.

That happens to me sometimes. If I'm viewing the board with the BlackSoul template, then I'm not logged in.

Yeah, make sure you check the box "Log me in automatically on each visit" the next time you login.
