I think that the girl and her mom might be jumping to conclusions. Honestly, those costumes are unwieldily, extremely hot and provide absolutely no peripheral visibility. Are you telling me that it's absolutely impossible for his arm to have slipped because he was tired and couldn't tell where it was because he couldn't see anything except what was directly in front of him?

There's no reason to attribute the guy's hand maybe brushing a girl's breasts or ass to perversion on his part when it's impossible for him to know where his appendages are at every time.

However, I'm very amused by the mental image of Tigger being cuffed and hauled off in a police car. I wonder, did he bounce on his tail, or did they cuff his tail as well?
