The most right-wing show since Scarborough Country is here!

Yes freinds, a show so rightist that it would make Bill O'reily come! A show so hoplessly skewed towards the conservitive movment it should be called 'Republican: The Series'.
It is...This Just In.
The plots (what little plot exist, that is) revolve around a fellow whose name i honestly didnt catch. A scrawny, racist, right-wing twat with a tendency to make light of people far smarter than he is. With hsi two freinds--a whipped Republican married to an Asian stereotype so revolting i was insulted to watch, and a Black man who fell into every sterotype in existance (and get ready to see 'stereotype' a lot)--our young yuppie hero fights for rightist intruths, political injustice, and his version of the American way.
On the most rescent episode:
Our Hero devises the 'War Fair', whose only purpose is to raise money to buy missiles for the army in Iraq. That being said, he only raises $2000...all but $1800 he spends on a prostitue. She was told by Our Hero to 'act like Kobe's girl'. Take that to mean what you will. More over, the Black character's only lines really fell into the realm of "That is whack!", "Oh no you didn't!" and "That was a lot of booty!" Followed by the most horrific Asian sterotype you've ever seen, married to a pitiful little spit of a man. This is all rounded out by the opening line, "Oh you wnat to knwo whose responsible for 9/11, i'll tell you...Arabs!", Michael More being shot with a bazooka, the Eifel (sp?) tower ing blown to bits, several inane references to Hellboy (god knows why), asinine jokes about how liberals are doosh-bags and commies, and, oh yes, a white supremacist joke.
So were there any redeeming qualities to the show? I'm asking you...is there?
And would you beleive it's on Spike TV...how fucking cute.

By interesting I meant it is unusual. I was curious what is was like. I never liked the idea behind the show.

That show sounds like a parody of some kind.

You already answered that question: It does have one redeeming quality.

I've met enough rightists to be able to at least tolerate the jingoism they spout, so i wasnt too much phased by the show. But the point where i said, "No fucking way." was when the...no, two point:
The white main characters tells the (i think Hispanic) hooker to act like Kobe Bryant's girlfreind. Whatever the hell that means. And of course as soon as he pulls out his credit card she's falling all over herself to suck is shrivled twig.
And near the end when the Black characters last line (out of about five he had) was "It was a lot of booty, man!!" in response to a question about Ana Nicole Smith. I cried.
Maybe i'm taking it all too hard, but personally i was offended by the Asian and Black sterotypes (not really characters...carboard cutouts perhaps), the Asian sterotype being the woman other main character was maried to. She was so overbearing, and had such poor 'engrish', and was really just a foil for the main character's jokes about how whipped the married guy is. And then of course, they have a 'hot blooded' Latino, and an Arab bartender with poor english skills
God...i feel dirtier watching that shit than i would if i jumped into a cat's litter box. The whole point was to show off the writer's horribly, idiotically skewed worldview: if your a liberal, you're stupid, poorly educated, and have no common sense other than 'tree-hugging' sentimentality...oh but how godlike the conservitives are, with tehir brilliant minds and near godlike virtues, they are surely our salvation. The main character bitches about how terrible his pathetic excuse for a life is to anyone within earshot, a character to blantantly narrow minded and miopic it's painful. And of course, his faithful slave is there to keep him company, along with his twitchy freind whose only job is to make him look like les sof an ass by being
more of an asshole than he.
Jesus.

Sorry...i was just steamed about the show, and trying to make a joke about it. I meant no harm.

Why are you surprised this is on Spike TV?

Oh i'm not.
I was making a snide remark about the channel. It was cute that they finally have a mascott: Our Hero, the druken, sullen, dickless racist yuppie! And his loyal sidekick, Token Black Guy!
Our Hero: "And remember kids, support your troops...by murdering Arabs! They're not like us, they're from another country. Thank you, and enjoy Spike TV, the first network for men! I'snt that right Token..."
TBG: "Daaaaaaaaamn! I'm a seterotype, baby!"

Is the show "This Just In"? Or something else? Why didn't you fill us in on the show's name during your rant?
Maybe they should guest star Degan and Vympel to rip those neocon tards a new one

You're twisting it, man. The show rips on everyone. Just like South Park.

Hamel: yeah, it's called 'This Just In'. Sorry i should've mentioned that beisdes in the OP.
Khyron: watch the show a little more and tell me the brutally sterotyped minority characters dont annoy you...or the rightist skewed 'comedy'...or the whiny, tepid 'Hero'.

No they don't annoy me. Everyone in that show is a "stereotype", even our "tepid Hero". As for the skewed to the right (even though they were ripping on the right) who cares. There are a lot of shows (and other forms of entertainment) out there that are skewed to the left.

It sounds an awful lot like a parody, to me.

I've seen a couple episodes...and sorry if people think that show is meant in any shape or form be taken seriously in the slightest...I have a prime piece of property in New York for those people.

I think the main character is supposed to be a joke, too...I mean, hugging a television with the O'Reilly Factor on it and sighing "I bet he's even more right in person"? No way we're supposed to take him seriously.
