We never did find out what happened to Evil Ed after Fright Night since he wasn't brought back for the sequel.

He was the friend with the whiney voice who ended up getting turned into a vampire. Peter Vincent (Roddy McDowell) burned his head with a crusifix and later staked him with a table leg. He also made the mistake of taking the leg out later but....

In Heaven Help Us he was the kid who was masturbating all the time, even getting caught by one of the priests while doing it during class.


The Fraternity Vacation movie is interesting in that it starts off in black & white because they are in Iowa and then they go to Florida where it switches to color. Also Amanda Bearse is in the movie as well. She's better known for being Marci on Married With Children but she also was in Fright Night. I'm guessing that either the same casting agency did Fright Night and Fraternity Vacation or she and Stephen Geoffrys had the same agent.

While he undoubtably did softcore gay porn, there's quite a bit of controversy over whether or not he made the leap to hardcore.

We had a thread on him at Dreamcaps, and let me tell you, the guy doing the hardcore looked too much like him to NOT be him, I swear.

Yeah, I heard about Evil Ed's career choice a while ago. I always hoped they'd make a SE of Fright Night and interview him.

He was great. Hope he goes back to mainstream sometime.

I think I may have heard rumors about his career path but I don't think I believed it because I'd heard the same thing about other actors and actresses in the past and those rumors turned out to be false.
