Job Interview: Which knot to tie a tie?

I've got a Job interview tommorrow. IT work at a private university. Every time I go into one of these things I have to remember how to retie my tie (odd because I'm pretty good at it) so I go to a website and brush up on it. It seems that there are three basic knots: the full windsor, the half windsor, and the four in hand. Which knot do you prefer for which situations?

I'm planning on using a four-in-hand. Easy and neat, about the level of causualness I'd expect from the position.

I use the Windsor, usually. (I think that's what it is, anyways...)

I use a half-windsor myself, but that's just because that's how my Dad taught me how to do it. Easy to remember, over under over up through.

I learned the Four-inhand myself, as the diagrams were too confusing that morning. It was first day of junior high, and I was going to a uniform wearing school...I didn't have time to decipher the other two diagrams, so I just stuck with the Four-in-hand ever since. Looks alright too.

i usually never bother with ties. too annoying to put on. as it is i still don't know how to make a proper knot to wear them anyways. i can count all the times i've actually worn a tie on my hands. :?

Four in hand.

Three and a half hours of talking.

Four groups to interview with.

I got home and found out they're checking my references.

Gotta hand it to the four in hand.

If your honestly basing your success on how you seccured a damn tie around your neck, that's really sad.

If I was honestly asking for tie advice on a sci-fi forum that would be really sad! :P

Besides if it wasn't the tie it would have to be skills, experience, personality, or somesuch.... And what's the likelyhood of THAT? 8)

If they have the eyes to notice the knot in your tie, they'd only take notice of, and be impressed by, a Full Windsor. Everything else is just bourgoisie....

Doesn't fucking matter, as long as it looks good.
