Can we leave it open in case people have interesting stories to tell?
Speaking of which, i once hallucinated a train going through my room. It had the turbulence around the sides and everything, and i got dizzy from it.
Once i hallucinated a guy in my room.
Several times out camping i've hallucinated up weird things out in the darkness. Or anywhere i've been lost. Or even when I've not been lost, but in Horwich at night.

Once when I was sick I laid half-awake in my bed having a dream about the TV show Home Improvement that I couldn't get out of my mind. Tim Allen and that bearded flannel man were there, working on some hot rod, in my head, and no matter how much I tossed and turned they stayed in there and wouldn't go away, and they wouldn't let me get to sleep...
Fucked up. I was pretty young at the time.
And then there was the time several months ago when I became spontaneously convinced, while I was lying in bed, that there was someone just out in the hallway, and that they were going to kill me. I leapt out of bed, flipped the light on, grabbed a big big hunk of amethyst that I kept around partially for such purposes, and steeled myself for what I expected to be a fight to the death. I seriously thought at that moment that I could die there and then, and I thought to myself how much it would suck if I were to die at the hands of a home invader.
But as I waited... and waited... nothing happened. Nobody came around the corner to challenge me, nobody tried to leave the house. Finally I worked up the nerve to reach over and pick up the phone. I was very close to dialing 911 when I started to have doubts. Why had I thought there was someone in the house? I called my mom's cell phone instead, not knowing if she was home or not. I heard her phone ring in her bedroom, and finally we got it figured out that I had imagined the whole thing.
It was pretty spooky though, how I had been so utterly convinced that there was an intruder to the point of getting ready to call the police and wondering if that was going to be my last night on Earth.

Does it count as a hallucination if you smell things that aren't there? That happens to me at times.
Not really a hallucination, but after I play a repetitive or semi-repetitive video game for too long (several hours), I can still see it for a long time afterwards. It's kinda weird walking around and seeing Tetris blocks or whatever dropping in front of my eyes. It's kinda like leaving an old computer on without a screensaver and having things burned into the screen, except with motion.

But if it's really me, then I smell like honeysuckle. Why would I want to change my smell then?
(No seriously, I've smelled flowers in the winter when there aren't any around and foods that aren't being cooked anywhere nearby that I haven't eaten.)

Well, Mayabird, think about sex a lot, and hope for a realy good halucination.
Keep a clean set of undies nearby in case you get "lucky!"

Do hallucinations count if you purposely put them in your mind? Cause I do that all the time. Like having a large dinosaur like creature toss around cars on the highway.
