Kill Bill v2

This movie is terrifyingly awesome. I can't believe a thread saying this hasn't already been made, but I guess I'm too weak-minded to locate it.
In any case, this is one of the coolest movies ever. More story and less slaughter than the first one, but that doesn't detract from it all. It retains all of the style from the original. Some people might dislike the ending, but I thought that it was pretty good...
someone comment!!

Great movie, Pei Ling(I think) was cool as all fucking hell as was what happened to Miss Driver. And I've never seen so many cuntbusters in a fight scene before.

Does anyone think when v2 gets released on DVD if they will connect it with v1 the way Tarentino wanted it.

You mean like he said he was planning on doing?

That movie fucking rocked. Quentin Tarantino really has perfected the art of writing dialogue - never a dull moment! And an announcement:
Uma Thurman is offically the most beautiful woman alive and the greatest thespian ever to take the stage. The Oscars should be officially renamed "The Umas." Congress should act immediately to establish a National Endowment for Uma in response to this new development.

Hell yes, that movie rocked.
But that little girl ... so young and already hardened to death.

Fun movie and no hints of trying to inform me of any weird psychobabble.
Though I gotta love what she does to Elle.

I didn't know whether to laugh or sit there in awe. I mean, she responded to her father confessing he tried to kill her mother like it was the most natural thing in the world.

I was stunned by her reaction. She already was so inured to death and such -- just as her mom predicted would happen if Bill raised her. And then the next day when she's watching cartoons with her Mom she doesn't seem to be affected at all! She's smart, she probably knows what happens to her father who raised her the last four years...

Saw KB v2 and I say it was okay. As for Uma being the most beautiful woman in the world.... well no. In the KB duology, I find Lucy Liu to be the best looking woman in the movie. Of all of the movies I've seen Uma in, KB made her look ugly. Sorry but that is true.

Uma is kind of hot, but she has her skull is shaped oddly and she does look like shit a lot in the movie.(but cause she is suppose to look like she's been through hell)
Damn, and I though Liquid Snake refused to die.

It was pretty good, but had some annoying stuff like the shotgun wounds which just disappeared. Volume one was better, but there's not much that could be done about that since it was filmed and edited as one movie. Pai Mei was such a great character.

I saw Punisher today instead of KB V2, is it worth seeing on Tues? or "wait for rental"?

It's more like a traditional QT film than KB1 was - it's primarily dialogue-driven, a la Jackie Brown and Pulp Fiction. If for whatever reason you can't stand QT's dialogue, stay away. If you liked KB1 and have enjoyed QT's other films, by all means, don't miss it.

I haven't seen it yet, but any film that uses the line "Wakey wakey, eggs and bakey" in its television spots has
got to be good.

Trust me, it's even better when you see the scene it's used in.

All but one of my buddies are saying it's the best thing they've seen since Vol.1, but me & my buddy thought most of it sucked ass, and that it was at best an average movie overall. We thought a lot more people needed to get maimed and killed in this movie, either that or it needed a good helping of titties.

I agree.
