Dos your avatar look at all like you? Why did you pick it, and is there anything you would rather have?

I personally don't look at all like Bill Mumy, and I picked his image as my avatar because I think he was one of the best actors on B5, right after Peter Jurassik and Andreas Katsulas.

Take a wild guess.

I am obviously not an aqua colored Twi'lek.

I picked it for two reasons:
1. I was playing Star Wars Galaxies heavily at the time as a Twi'lek.
2. When I looked through the icon gallery, I liked this one the most. And everyone else seemed to like it too.

Mine reflects what I do for a living, albeit in a facetious manner. While the patch on top would normally say, "RANGER" and the one below would reflect a unit, like this:




Since officers spend a great deal of time generating presentations for briefings, my avatar just seems to fit.

Probably, but avatars are somewhat limited by their size, photo editing software being used and the skill of the person using it. Plus some things just don't look good at that size.

I also tend to like symbols and signs more than actual photos.

My Avatar is a reflection of my being a Trek fan. Also my profile tends to be themed so my Avatar fits with my location and title.

my avatar is the head of the scary boy in the evil picture that was sold on ebay a while ago.

i wish i looked like that, because i could scare people with my evil presence.

I'd swear the kid in that pic looks like a shrunken 80 year old.

Perhaps the Jesus Zoidberg I have on a few other sites with the custom title "Jesus H Crustacean," but i think TCO gives me some individuality around here.

I don't have that square a jaw. Nor is my skin the least bit metallic. And I generally don't wear helmets.

If I had elf ears and darker hair I could pass for my avatar, picked it since I enjoyed LOTR so much. I was thinking about a Natalie Portman av since people keep saying I look like her but I've become quite fond of my Arwen av.
