It's a WMV of some American troops punishing a group of looters in Iraq by crushing their car with a tank. According to the commentary, one of the looters is a taxi driver, and it was his car. No idea whether he was a part of the group, whether they hired him, or whether they were transporting the wood for another purpose. Before crushing the car, they waste a magazine of two of pistol ammunition on the car.
