Worm attack

Okay, according to Mcafee online virus scan, I have a worm called W32/Ronoper.worm.u on my computer. I asked for infomation on it, Mcafee says it doesn't know :?: .

I googled it, I found a single article on the web that talks about worms attacking this mailbox, and nothing else. My antivirus, Trend Micro- PC-cilin doesn't detect it.

So, how do I remove it?

Pour a bit of pasta sauce, close your eyes, and imagine it's spaghetti.

Nope, doesn't work.

And another problem. How does one remove pasta sauce from the CPU? Apparently, my semen remover isn't working very well.

The title gave me the impression that you had worms.

Reminds me of P J O'Rourke's Batchelor Omlete. "Take contents of fridge and mix in two eggs. Put mixxture in frying pan, and fry until it stops wriggling."

errr, can anyone really really help? This worm is broadcasting my personal details all over the web. Sure, the ports are closed(so, its not stealthed, sue me), but I will really really like to delete this worm before any real damage gets done.

(pens up a reminder to tell bro the vulnerabilities of MSN)

Did a google, only two site came up, both universities.
Seems Macafee virex 7 can deal with it. It does seem a fairly rare one though.

Symantec has an article about this particular variant, as well as updates for Norton antivirus to fix it, if you happen to have access to that.

This site also happens to seem to have another way of removing it

Thanks.............. My bro stole an upstart on me and simply restored the entire registry and stuff.

Which means, all the old kooks and probs I took out,are back again. For some damn strange reason, my XP doc refuses to access my documents, instead going to the USER account folder.
