I went to 7 different stores and travelled over a hundred miles looking for homeworld 2. I couldn't find it. In the last store i went to for the day (a borders in the local outlet mall) I had to finally give up because it wasn't there (they sometimes have software and i was desperate at that point) having resigned myself to failure for the day, i decided to pick up some music so my day wouldn't be a total waste. I spot a chicago cd for 7 dollars. It has like 20 tracks on it. I'm thinking WooHoo this is fucking awsome. I decide to play it on the way home. It doesn't sound like chicago. I get it home and pop it in my computer to get an id on it, IT'S TIM FUCKING MIGRAW!!! The cd is even labled CHICAGO in big bold blue letters across it. BUT THE SONGS ON THE CD ARE BY TIM MIGRAW. ALL OF THEM. THEY'RE NOT EVEN A MISGUIDED ATTEMPT BY TIM MIGRAW TO DO COVERS OF CHICAGO SONGS. My day was a complete and total fucking waste. For all my travels, i got one thing. A pocket guide to Military aircraft and the world's airforces. That's fucking it. You may now procede to point and laugh.

Is there something more on the cd like sung by TM,if so you need to start reading labels before buying any CDs and if there was just Chicago writen on it then its false advertising, either way.

The CD itself was labled Chicago.

Maybe you should have phoned ahead instead of going around to all those computer stores. As for the CD, that just sucks. Go back and exchange it; I hope you kept your receipt.

Even if he had phoned ahead he might have drove for nothing, some stores could say they have it then when he arrives they say "OOPS we just sold the last one care to buy this golf game"

Hah. The day you spend 10 hours on your feet laboring, midway through which you stab yourself in the leg with a razor, 2 of which were spent arguing with a coworker over how friggin stupied he is, and receiving mixed-up orders four times, come and talk to me about a bad day.

That sucks about the CD. As for the game, you'll find it around. I hate wasted weekend days.

Buying CDs is so easy in my country. You can find any CD for less thana a dollar disc hee. Sure they are pirated but who cares.

Putting that together with other reports I've heard, I'd say the East Indies, Indonesia, perhaps.

Depends on what they are selling, if it's a RIAA product of any kind, then i sure dont give a flying fuck.

Sure if its RIAA, I won't download it, but I won't say no. But games? why pirate something that people work for, for so long.

To see if it'll run, if it's worth your money, etc. Playing Devil's advocate of course.

Demos. Demo's are a great way to try out games.
Example Far Cry, Demo stresses your system for you, and shows you enough of the gameplay for you to know.
Now in RPG games, thats a bit harder, but usealy you know if you want it or not before playing.

Solution To CD: Give to my grandmother. 7 bucks isn't worth a 15 mile Detour.
Solution To Music Needs: Buy cheap Electric Light Ochestra CD from BOrders in mall (much better than one in outlet mall)
Solution to Game: Go to best buy in mall
Problems Left to solve: World Hunger, The origion of all Languages, Why dryers eat socks
