My friend Dan was looking to buy some box seat tickets at the Sky Dome to see the Red Sox play 2 games in Toronto this weekend. When he called the ticket office he found that it was cheaper to buy a package. So for each group of seven tickets for some random games in August he got 2 free box seat tickets for the games he wanted. After converting currency each packace came to $45 (US) and he bought two packages! So now he has 14 tickets to some random Toronto Blue Jays games in August. Long story short : The Colonel is rounding up his crew and taking a road trip to the fine city of Tornoto in August! With all the Toronto natives on the board, someone must know the fun touristy things to do in August. Does the Molson brewery give tours? Are there free samples? Will i be arrested for tossing a parachute-action GI-Joe off of the CN Tower? Inquiring minds need to know!

Yes and I think so, but you'll have to call them up to arrange things. However, though Molson may be our best known beer it's far from being the best. It's cheap though so if getting drunk is your objective it'll work fine.

I recommend Upper Canada Lager or Alexander Keith's, they're much better beers than Molson, and Upper Canada Lager will get you blitzed off your butt pretty good while Keith's goes down nice & smooth and gets you with the delayed effects. There's also a lot of small breweries in Ontario, a couple of the better known ones are Brick Brewery and Sleeman's. You can find their products in our liquor stores.

No, because you can't do that anymore. They put metal screens over the bars after one too many visitors did that. You might be able to squeeze a penny through the seams though.

I'm pretty sure dimes fit, but I'm not sure about pennies. Either way it'll be pretty cool to see hit the ground.

Actually, no it wouldn't. Pennies from a tall height will give someone a real doink on the head, but it won't actually cause any real damage or kill someone.

I did some math and concluded that I'd rather be shot with a bb gun than hit by a penny dropped off the CN Tower, especially if it's dropped from the upper observation deck which is 447m above street level. I don't think I'll ever play mini-golf on the course at the base of the CN Tower, risking a hit from a high speed penny is not my idea of fun.

BTW, neglecting air resistance, a penny falling from the lower observation deck will be going at ~80m/s, and from the upper deck it's about 93m/s. A Canadian penny masses about 2.35g, that's considerably more than a bb gun pellet.

Go visit the zoo or Woodbine racetrack, they're both in their active mode during the summer. The Harbourfront is also a nice place to check out, lots of festivals usually take place there in August. There's also the Hockey Hall of Fame, Ontario Place, Paramount Canada's Wonderland, Ontario Science Centre, and the Royal Ontario Museum, all very interesting places to visit.

Upper Observation Deck is ealed off though, to prevent people from being blown off it or some-such thing. And free is too high a price to see the Jays play.

And be careful of the slotmachines at the track, they have a reputation of being on the stingy side so you won't win anything there. You have a much better chance of breaking even by betting on the horses.
