Remember the old tv show Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?

Every show the Chief would close a brief speech with the motto of the ACME Detective Agency, consisting of three words that match up to the three sides of a triangle. The first word is Vigilance. Does anyone remember what the other two words are?

'Interrogation' and 'Bondage,' I believe.

Yes, that was the first thing I tried. Trying a whole bunch of different keyword combinations in case some of them were faulty, I got only one result that could possibly be right. I don't consider the source very reliable, so I decided to ask people.
