After one of the most elaborately planned and executed set-ups I've ever witnessed:

Indeed, I like that episode espacially where Cartman buys that's teengers pubs and teenager keeps tricking him until Cartman establhes a well established trap killing the kid's parents. Cartman would aboslutely take down Hannibal in a sick, twistd mind game.

That said: Hannibal Lecter isn't even evil, persay, he goes around killing folks who truely deserve, or killing people to improve life for the rest of us. It's serial killing as a public service. (Mmm, why thank you Dr. Lecter, what your going to review the Hall of shame on this website?)
