In total, most actual feminists who aren't angry young highschool girls I've met aren't close to that extreme, busying themselves with small silly things like "equal pay for equal work" and "corporate glass ceilings" rather than kicking guys in the crotch. You're pointing out a stereotype. Not all feminists are like this. Just like not all Christians will tell you that you're going to be burning in Hell, that not all Conservatives will harp against abortion, etc. By making a post like this, you're only making that stereotype worse. Don't do it.

Eh, I've met a couple of the Crazy Manhater stereotype, but I run into a lot of weirdoes. Sometimes I think I should write the Monstrous Manual of extremists.

Anyway, if you're running into one, just deal with them the same way you deal with anyone else who takes themselves far too seriously: mock their cause at every oppurtunity, and if they ever actually try to back their wacky opinions up with logic, you can probably crush them utterly. Same way one deals with fundies of all persuasions, crazy communists and militant vegetarians.

Though, I am sure there are some employers who discriminate, I dont think that it is a systemic problem.

Actualy, it's funny for all the vaunted talk of the glass ceiling still existing, for men and women in the same profession with comparable experience and performance there's no difference. A lot of the oft cited difference is because of differing career choices women often make.
