Could someone explain what GALE is? I've seen it referred to numerous times, usually when something sexual is being discussed.
Sorry if I missed this in the Announcements or elsewhere, and thanks in advance...

GAy LEsbian Force. It's a private usergroup.

Is it a group exclusively for those who are gay or lesbian, or for people who support them as well? Also, how would one join?

If you are Gay/Lesbian/Bi/Transgendered, PM Frank Hipper if you want to join. If you're not, you're not allowed in.

From my brief talk with Ein about it, I believe you also have to be registered here for a minimum of five months before you're eligable for joining.

Click on "usergroups" at the top right-hand of the screen.
GALE Force is a hidden group, due to privacy concerns(gay-bashing via AIM).
There are other private groups as well, but most are listed.
