Same law can be applied to almost every other scifi show/movie made.

Same goes for a few of the other laws on that list. However they are pretty funny and are fairly consistant with most anime.

RSA/Darkstar cannot possibly even be a real human being but an anime character. He is trapped in our universe, but is only able to relate to reality in terms of the physical laws of his own universe, since the laws of reality we are familiar with are certainly unknown to him.
