So, provided the dog has human intelligence (which I don't doubt that Fuzzy does
), the dog will be the best pres out of the bunch.

I vote the dog. If dogs really are as loyal to their masters as it's said they are, a dog would do lots for its master. Dog's master --> humans. The dog would do everything in its power that's for the good of humans, or in this case, the USA.
So, provided the dog has human intelligence (which I don't doubt that Fuzzy does ), the dog will be the best pres out of the bunch.

A properly trained dog, I assume. However, I must say Kerry since he can sign his name, understand anything you say to him in any tone, and is legally electable (I don't believe a dog can be President, and it would probably take a Supreme Court ruling or an amendment to the constitution to allow it; though the wording doesn't actually specify that the President be human, in fact, it's rather vague...).
