Opera. I don't even touch anything else anymore. The tabs within browser, continue where you left off, and ability to block pop-up ads are just too great.

Thought I was the paranoid one here d-link 804 HW firewall/router (it is a firewall not a silly NAT device) and a software firewall Kerio 2.1.4.
I also run antivirus program, anti Trojan detector and a proxy server.
And I use Mozilla as a browser.

Mee smell tread hijack but...
I actually activated dmz function on the silly little dlink and opened the dmz and route to the dlink default range 192.168.0.0/24
Then I changed the dhcp scope to a different range
And put the computers connected to the dlink on a third range and bult a static route
Don’t think it would help against a attack but it can mess with the scrip kiddies so…

I hate microsoft to the point where I have removed every single piece of M$ crap from my computer except Winblows and IE because my sister forces me to keep IE on it. However I have disabled browser integration.

Completely prevent spyware from being installed...
SpywareBlaster has been released.
"SpywareBlaster doesn't scan and clean for spyware - it prevents it from ever being installed.
How? By setting a "kill bit" for the CLSIDs of spyware ActiveX controls, it prevents the installation of any of them from a webpage. You can run Internet Explorer with Active-X enabled, but you will never even get a "Yes/No" box popped up, asking you to install a spyware Active-X control (Internet Explorer will never download or run it!). All other Active-X controls or plug-ins will work fine.
The SpywareBlaster database contains information on these known spyware Active-X controls. Make sure you run the Check For Updates feature frequently to get the latest database! (And make sure you check the new items to protect your system against them!)
As a side benefit, setting this "kill bit" will also prevent the spyware Active-X from running, in many cases, if it is already installed on your system."
More information, and download, are available here:
http://www.wilderssecurity.com/spywareblaster.html
Enjoy!
