Isn't anal sex unhealthy for you? Something about tearing the mucous membranes in your ass. I recall getting handouts in my high school health class about that, although I don't remember very well since I never paid attention.

That's what lube is for. There are women who have taken it in the rear hundreds of times without any problem at all. When dry, even vaginal sex can lead to tissue tears, which is why women who suffer vaginal dryness must use lube.
