It's working fine for the rest of us. You must be routed through a transparent proxy that's ignoring REFRESH requests to cut down on your ISP's bandwidth. Sucks to be you; that's a shitty way to access the Net in general, and you should get a better ISP.

Back in the 60-70s, men would often attend adult movie theatres wearing long coats, typically raincoats.

It was to help hide the fact that they were mastubating while viewing the films.

I guess that because he's a precocious kid, we hold out some hope that he can still grow out of this and become a functional adult. It's not like Azeron or Arminius, who were just complete wastes of skin and totally irredeemable.

I'm not so sure RayCav is. He seems to show no inclination to change his behaviour even after being warned about it. I'd say give him closely watched probation. And the next slip up gets him banned.
