All of you who would like to get together and see AOTC on IMAX sometime soon, please suggest times, and which of the three theatres are easiest to get to.

Any time on Friday and Sunday is good , and Saturday during the afternoon, but I could make it in the evening given enough notice. Prefered theatre is the Paramount, but I can make it pretty much anywhere if needed, cars are nice. Thursday night is also an option, but I'd rather not as it's one of my 6am days and I might nod off and miss the scene with Padme's tits taking up half the screen.

Colossus at Hwy400 and Hwy7 is the best IMHO. It's a nice theatre and there's lots of parking. Paramount downtown is more of a pain because of downtown traffic, unless you happen to already be there.

Mind you, Colossus is no good if you don't have a car, but we could always meet somewhere else and carpool.

Assuming it's not too far from the 401 and you plan for a Sunday morning or Saturday night, I just might drive down from Ottawa with my friends to see it. We have IMAX, but I don't believe AOTC is playing here.

Yeah, thats what I was thinking, as I got no car, but its real easy to get to Colossus, just the times for meeting and what time to see movie is up in the air.

Colossus sounds good, and on further thought there's another reason for going there. It's located near the Whiskey a-go-go Strip joint, which in my opinion is the best nudie bar in the Toronto area. Watch AOTC, then watch more naked hotties while relax at the Whiskey's, sounds like a plan!

I can't look up the schedule past this Thursday, but here's what I've got. It plays every day until Thursday at 12:30, 3:00, 7:00, and 9:40, I'm assuming a new schedule will get posted once the new movies come out on Friday.

OK, any day but Wednesday is OK with me. Do we want to go Thursday, or wait for the weekend and a new schedule (it hasn't been running for so long that they'll pull it, will they?)

D'you think I'd be able to pass as 19? I may be 17, but when I was in England this summer, this hot bartender though I was 19, and I still got her email.

Any day is fine for me. Weekend would be better, but it dont matter.

Unfortunately they do check ID at the nudie bar, but if you've got fake ID or have a brother or friend of legal age who looks like you to borrow a driver's license from it should be OK. But I do know a place with underage strippers that will most likely let you in without ID, I got into the damn place when I was about your age.

I'm to much of a good kid to have a fake ID. Sucks that. Underage strippers? How do they continue that place?

Say if we went on Sat, would the 3:00 be to early?
Or Friday at 7:00?

Assuming they don't change the show schedule on Friday I think that it would be the best day for me. The only thing that worries me is being stuck in traffic on the way there. My preferred choices would go something like this,

1)Friday night
2)Sunday anytime
3)Saturday afternoon

Friday night or Saturday night. Saturday afternoon is no good for me.

It seems Friday night is the time, 7:00 would be the better of the two then, where would we meet?

OK, first, who has cars and who doesn't? I'm in the west end, so I can pick up non-mobile people at Kipling subway station and then high-tail it up to Colossus from there. The rest of us could presumably meet in the theatre (just make sure we all describe what we're wearing, so we can identify each other).

Friday at 7pm sounds good to me, let's hope the theatre people don't screw up the schedule when the new movies come out that day. I live in the west end too and there's a 90% chance I'll have the car available.

We could post pictures of ourselves here on this thread so we can ID each other more easily. Name tags with SD.net screen names anyone? Seeing that I've never been to the Colossus before I don't know how the place is layed out so I can't suggest a meeting place other than the entrance to the IMAX screen that the movie's playing at.
